Le prix de chaque formation est indiqué dans le catalogue de formation. Le prix n’inclut pas les repas, sauf circonstances particulières qui feront l’objet de mentions expresses dans le dossier d’inscription, ni le prix du transport ni celui de l’hébergement de l’ELEVE. Ces frais seront directement pris en charge par l’ELEVE.

Inscriptions :
Sauf cas particulier ou indisponibilité du site Internet, le paiement pour les formations AMBASSADAIR s’effectue en ligne sur members.ambassadair.net.
AMBASSADAIR pourra proposer à l’ELEVE un paiement en 3 fois, moyennant un surcout.

Annulation de formation par AMBASSADAIR
AMBASSADAIR se réserve le droit d’annuler la formation en adressant à l’ELEVE un courriel, au plus tard cinq (5) jours avant le début de la formation considérée, en cas de nombre insuffisant de participants ou de la survenance d’un cas de force majeure.
Dans ce cas, AMBASSADAIR remboursera intégralement les frais de formation à l’ELEVE.
En revanche, AMBASSADAIR ne pourra pas être tenu responsable des frais annexes éventuellement dépensés par l’ELEVE.
Annulation de formation par l’ELEVE
Toute annulation d’inscription de la part de l’ELEVE doit être notifiée par courriel à AMBASSADAIR à l’adresse suivante : info@ambassadair.fr
L’ELEVE devra préciser son nom, son prénom, la ou les formations qu’il souhaite annuler et la raison de son annulation.
Vous disposez d'un délai de rétractation de 14 jours à compter du 1er jour ouvré suivant l'achat du service ou du bien selon le code de la consommation Article L121-21-8. Ce droit vous permet de recevoir un remboursement intégral de la somme versée.
Passé ce délai, les deux conditions vont s'appliquer, sauf cas de force majeure dûment justifié par l’ELEVE :
· Toute annulation intervenant avant le début de formation, entraînera le paiement d’une indemnité égale à 49 € (euros) du montant de la formation concernée.
· Toute annulation intervenant après le début de formation, entraînera le paiement d’une indemnité égale à 100 % du montant de la formation concernée.
Formation pratique – Vol BIA
En cas d’annulation d’un vol par Ambassadair, pour quelconque motif (météo, technique, humain), le montant vous sera intégralement remboursé.
Dans le cas d'une annulation du vol de la part de l’élève, le montant vous sera remboursé à l'exception de 29 € (euros) de frais de gestion.
Au-delà de l’année de formation en cours, si le vol n’a pu être organisé par Ambassadair, le montant intégral vous sera remboursé.

Except in special cases or when the website is unavailable, payment for AMBASSADAIR training courses is made online at members.ambassadair.net.
AMBASSADAIR may propose to the student a payment in 3 times, with an additional cost.

Cancellation of training by AMBASSADAIR
AMBASSADAIR reserves the right to cancel the training course by sending an e-mail to the Student, at the latest five (5) days before the start of the training course in question, in the event of an insufficient number of participants or the occurrence of a case of force majeure.
In this case, AMBASSADAIR shall reimburse the full training fees to the Student.
On the other hand, AMBASSADAIR shall not be held responsible for any additional costs incurred by the Student.
Cancellation of training by the STUDENT
Any cancellation of registration by the Student must be notified by e-mail to AMBASSADAIR at the following address: info@ambassadair.fr
The STUDENT must specify his name, first name, the course(s) he wishes to cancel and the reason for his cancellation.
You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the first working day following the purchase of the service or good according to the Consumer Code Article L121-21-8. This right allows you to receive a full refund of the amount paid.
After this period, both conditions will apply, except in cases of force majeure duly justified by the STUDENT:
- Any cancellation before the beginning of the course will result in the payment of an indemnity equal to 49 € (euros) of the amount of the course concerned.
- Any cancellation occurring after the beginning of the training, will involve the payment of an indemnity equal to 100 % of the amount of the training concerned.
Practical training – FWA flights
In case of a flight cancellation by Ambassadair, for any reason (weather, technical, human), the amount will be fully refunded.
In the case of a flight cancellation by the student, the amount will be refunded to you except for a 29 € (euros) handling fee.
If the flight could not be organized by Ambassadair after the current training year, the full amount will be refunded.
